Engineering Quality Control
Design Control
・Spec Pre-setting: Clarify customer needs, equipment params; set standards per customer design manual.
・Three-Level Review: Designer self-review → Supervisor review (per customer data) → Submit for customer confirmation.
Mold Flow Analysis Control
・Authentic Params: Use actual materials (PP, PC) & process params (temp, pressure); provide original material sheets.
・Defect Closure: Optimize weld lines, warpage, etc.; simulate to verify risk control. Archive after supervisor review & customer confirmation.
Drawing Control
・Unique Version: PLM-managed; mark unique drawing versions, invalidate & lock old ones.
・Controllable Circulation: Log drawing recipients & times; customer changes need written proposals; sync updated docs to parties.
Manufacturing Quality Control
Raw Material Inspection
Verify Material Certificate (grade, composition, mechanics) per batch; sample-check appearance (cracks, warpage). Qualified materials only, no substandard inputs.
Processing Control
  • Rough machining: 0.1-0.3mm allowance.
  • Semi-finishing: Secure datum (flatness, hole accuracy).
  • Heat treatment: Monitor temperature, prevent cracking.
  • Finishing: 100% core dimension test.
  • Qualified workpieces only move forward.
Assembly Verification
Check fit (e.g., parting gap ≤0.01mm) and motion (no jamming). Recheck key mold dimensions post-assembly.
Full-Process Quality Oversight
Quality Dept. manages from warehousing to delivery: raw material 100% inspection → in-process rechecks → real-time report sync.
Injection Molding Quality Control

ARTISAN strictly adheres to ISO 9001 standards. We use a quality documentation system to oversee design, production and inspection, and have an independent QA department. Standardized QA/QC protocols cover raw material procurement, production, testing, packaging and shipment to ensure customers get optimal products and services.

  • Non-Conforming Product Management: Prohibits substandard component shipment via systematic identification, segregation and disposal; enforces end-to-end controls (handling, storage, packaging, delivery) to maintain customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.
Delivery and Customer Complaint Management
Delivery & shipment
  • Verify that product markings (material labels, QC inspection marks), batch numbers, and production dates are complete, legible, and in line with customer requirements.
  • Inspect packaging for security: ensure cushioning materials (bubble wrap, EPE foam) are properly positioned and cartons are well-sealed to prevent scratches or damage in transit.
  • Before to shipment, discuss shipping methods with customers to minimize costs as much as possible .
