Ultrasonic welding technology: 

  • Ultrasonic plastic welding is a thermoplastic joining process. It uses 30–40 kHz high-frequency vibration to melt contact surfaces via friction, then forms robust joints meeting IP65/IP67 ratings after pressure holding, cooling and solidification. Efficient, clean and precise, it is a core mass-assembly technology for precision electronics, automotive lightweighting and medical consumables.
  • We will offer customized welding solutions: based on the material, structure and production capacity requirements of the customer's plastic parts, we will specially design and customize welding tools. For each welding production, we will first make 10 samples, then conduct tests according to the customer's requirements. And send them to the customer for confirmation. After confirmation, we will arrange for mass production.
