Lens(Infrared radiation penetration)

  • Material: LEXAN® PC 121R-21051 (Infrared radiation penetration)
  • Infrared radiation penetration: Can efficiently transmit the near-infrared band of 760-2500nm (transmission rate 88%-94%), while blocking 99.99% of visible light (transmission rate < 1% for 400-700nm) 
  • It needs to be dried at 120℃ for 3-4 hours (with moisture content < 0.02%), and the injection molding temperature should be 240-300℃, while the mold temperature should be 70-100℃. 
  • Designed specifically for infrared devices, it is used in infrared remote control windows, security camera filters, vehicle ADAS cameras, smart home sensing components (such as sensor faucets), biometric (face/iris) sensor masks, and other scenarios.

Screw

  • Material: Usually made of engineering plastics such as PP, PA (nylon), or ABS.
  • Function: As an alternative to metal screws, it is used in scenarios where insulation and corrosion resistance are required, or as decorative / temporary fixation fasteners.
  • It has features such as insulation, corrosion resistance, lightweight, and non-magnetism. The threaded design provides the basic tightening force. 

Light guide (PMMA)

  • Material: Made of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA, also known as acrylic), it features high light transmittance (over 92% for visible light) and excellent light-guiding performance. We guarantee that there are no bubbles inside the product.
  • Applications: Commonly used in scenarios like light guiding for indicator lights in electronic devices (e.g., mobile phones, laptops), light-guiding strips for car interior ambient lights, backlight modules for home appliance panels, and light transmission for instrument display lights.

Cover (PPS+40%GF)

  • Material: PPS+40%GF / PPS+70%GF, it offers properties including high temperature resistance (long-term operating temperature ~120°C), high rigidity, chemical corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, and UL94 V-0 flame retardancy.
  • Advantage: We guarantee the warpage meets requirements (By pre-deformation compensation Technology).
  • Applications: Commonly used in scenarios demanding high material performance, such as industrial equipment, automotive electronics, new energy appliances (charging piles), and precision instruments.

PPS+40%GF/PPS+70%GF

  • Material: PPS+40%GF / PPS+70%GF, it offers properties including high temperature resistance (long-term operating temperature ~120°C), high rigidity, chemical corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, and UL94 V-0 flame retardancy.
  • Advantage: We guarantee the warpage meets requirements (By pre-deformation compensation Technology).
  • Applications: Commonly used in scenarios demanding high material performance, such as industrial equipment, automotive electronics, new energy appliances (charging piles), and precision instruments.

Alarm device housing

  • Composition: Consists of multiple components (main body shell, cover plate, internal bracket, etc.). The entire project is entrusted to ARTISAN.
  • Material: Typically made of plastics such as ABS/PC or ABS, featuring impact resistance and weather resistance. It is mostly light-colored (suitable for wall/ceiling mounting).

Cover 2 (EMV)

  • Structure & Material: A circular plastic housing (typically ABS/PC substrate) with copper powder conductive paint applied to its inner surface.
  • EMI/EMV Shielding: The copper powder conductive paint forms a conductive layer, blocking electromagnetic signal leakage from the device’s interior while preventing external electromagnetic interference, complying with EMV standards for medical equipment.
  • Application: Used as the housing for medical electronic devices such as ECG monitors and ultrasound probes, meeting the strict EMV and safety requirements of medical settings.

Housing 1 (EMV)

  • Structure & Material: A circular plastic housing (typically ABS/PC substrate) with copper powder conductive paint applied to its inner surface.
  • EMI/EMV Shielding: The copper powder conductive paint forms a conductive layer, blocking electromagnetic signal leakage from the device’s interior while preventing external electromagnetic interference, complying with EMV standards for military equipment.
  • Application: Used as the housing for military electronic devices (e.g., communication terminals, field sensors), meeting the strict EMV and safety requirements of military operational environments.
