Transmission Case Housing

Constructed with an ABS plastic body and metal bearing inserts, the component is manufactured via over-molding for integral formation. This design ensures exceptional wear resistance and transmission precision, making it ideal for lightweight, reliability-critical transmission assemblies such as household appliance drive modules and small equipment reducers.

Insert molding Part

  • Material & Process:Main body: Polycarbonate (PC) (high strength, impact-resistant). Brass insert are preheated to 100°C, placed in the injection mold, then encased tightly in molten PC via injection molding.
  • Key Process Note:PC shrinks when cooling post-injection. Unpreheated nuts trigger concentrated shrinkage stress in PC, risking body cracking.
  • Applications:Structural parts (e.g., in electronics) needing reliable threaded connections; handles moderate assembly tension/torque.

Over-molding Part 3

  • Material & Process:Main body: Polyamide 66 (PA66) (high strength, wear-resistant). Brass inserts are preheated to 100°C, placed in the injection mold, then encased tightly in molten PA66 via injection molding.
  • Key Process Note:PA66 shrinks when cooling post-injection. Unpreheated inserts trigger concentrated shrinkage stress in PA66, risking body cracking.
  • Applications:Structural parts (e.g., in electronics, automotive components) needing reliable threaded connections; handles moderate assembly tension/torque.

Over-molding Part (TPE / Aluminum)

  • This is a TPE-overmolded aluminum component. Since TPE won’t bond directly to aluminum, a secure fit is achieved by optimizing the aluminum’s internal structure:
  • Process Logic:Mechanical features (e.g., annular grooves, bosses) are added to the aluminum part. Molten TPE fills these structures during injection molding; cooling creates a "mechanical interlock" (replacing chemical bonding) for tight encapsulation of the aluminum by TPE.

Plastic plug

  • Structure & Materials:Main body: Insulating plastic (typically PA66+30%GF, UL94-V0 rated). Internal metal blades (mostly brass, for good conductivity) are integrated with the plastic via injection molding.
  • Function:Serves as a circuit connection interface, linking devices to power sources. It combines dual functions: insulation protection (plastic housing) and electrical conduction (metal blades).
  • Typical Applications:Common in power/signal interfaces of home appliances, electronics, and small electrical devices—suited for circuit connections requiring easy plugging/unplugging and insulation safety.

This is a plastic cover

  • Material and Design: The main body is polypropylene (PP), which is both lightweight and resistant to weathering; additional luminous materials are added to the parts, enabling autonomous illumination in dark environments.
  • Practical Advantages: With the luminous feature, it can be quickly identified in dark scenarios, solving the inconvenience of finding the cover in the dark.
  • Typical Scenarios: Commonly found on the covers of containers, storage boxes, etc., suitable for use in nighttime or dim environments.

Outdoor electrical appliance cover

  • Material & Process:Dual-shot injection molding ("PC-over-PC"): Main body is standard PC, transparent section is high-transmittance PC—balances structural strength and light permeability.
  • Protection:Sealed to resist rain and dust, suitable for outdoor humid/dusty environments; shields internal electrical components from damage.
  • Applications:Housing part for outdoor lights, surveillance devices, small outdoor appliances—meets outdoor electronics’ needs for protection and light transmission (e.g., indicator light display).
